Location, Location, Location. Turn left out of the front door and there are two stunning sandy beaches located just moments away from the cottage. Turn right and you are less than a minutes walk to the bustling harbour front.
The cottage contains 3 bedrooms and Sleeps 6 (2 doubles with en-suites and a twin)
The cottage is situated in the very heart of the sought after Down-along area of St Ives within minutes of numerous bars, coffee shops and restaurants. There is a car park at the end of the terrace with the best rates and views in town!
There is underfloor heating in the living room to warm your feet after those evening bare foot beach strolls!. There is also gas central heating for winter days so you can snuggle up after a long walk. Everyone who visits Cornwall in the winter is amazed at how beautiful and peaceful it is compared to the summer months.
The kitchen really is set up up for proper cooking and with a great fishmonger literally around the corner and the selection of cook books supplied there's no excuse not to try some of the best fresh fish in the uk! Alternatively the local fishermen will sell you fish straight from their boats on their return to the harbour wharf.
